ALLAH has determined that humans should reproduce theirs generations by sexually husband and wife. That has been true since the first humans in our solar system, can be seen in the mean Ayaah 4/1 and:
هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ
وَاحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا
فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا حَمَلَتْ حَمْلاً خَفِيفاً فَمَرَّتْ بِهِ فَلَمَّا أَثْقَلَت
دَّعَوَا اللّهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنْ آتَيْتَنَا صَالِحاً لَّنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ
7/189. HE was the one who created you from one self,
and her husband for making thereof stay with him. When she
was pregnant with a pregnant minor, both calling on their Lord:
“If YOU give us a pious child, we will be among the thankful.”
Indeed such circumstances, reasonable and logical. Regulations for a wedding can be seen in Scripture certain, but people never get the order to marry a virgin, because it really has become the will of all men lust. The order to marry is contained in Ayaah 4/3 so that man’s ability to marry the widow who has orphans; order to marry listed in Ayaah 24/32, and 24/33 give imprimatur Paragraph married for teenagers as the realization of the purpose of Ayaah 4/1.
So the command to marry a teenage girl was not necessary, that there is a command to the mother-father and officials to marry the teenager who had had the ability. So in this respect, ALLAH gave orders to the man who had the ability to marry the widow has orphans, to reduce the pressure they experience life and to maintain public security and stability. If this ever applies for a man that more than one wife, while his wife has no orphans, so he has no legal basis for his actions. Imprimatur mean that polygamy is a normal social order in a society that does not apply in the flagrant abuses which party people living in luxury while others are much privation and distress. Islam is very critical attitude to life that only selfish people without regard to other circumstances. The death of a father causes the orphans and the lack of a mother’s living expenses and anguish, then a man’s ability to marry the widow let it in order to help reduce suffering and his son.
Polygamy in Islam is not based on lust, but the release in accordance with the purpose of Ayaah 4/3 only for the stability of life for orphans and the widowed mother, then her husband married another woman causing his wife have co-wife. She must understand that this life is temporary where everything has a test of faith, science and charity, that life really is in the hereafter where she later received forgiveness and happiness from ALLAH that she worshiped. Aid to the widow, orphans, more effective if given through polygamy, rather than through treasury or finance department that taking care poor live. Treasury’s Aid is only in economic terms while polygamy’s Aid can serve spiritual of widow with orphans in real need.
Be aware that the community consists of households composed of families by the husband and wife who live with passion needs and costs themselves. If these two requirements are met then the community happy, according to the level of civilization. But when a family became a widow and orphans, of course, happy people so disturbed, because as humans, widows, orphans, children will always try to get the two kinds of life needs. It was probably true evil acts against the law and disrupt other household circumstances, then the solution is polygamy for men who are able.
Judging from the man’s own ability to have the opportunity and more power as being lust, while the women are often absent as in menstruation, childbirth, and so on. In such case, the man who could should be given the opportunity to polygamy marry other women who have children orphaned. If such law barred polygamy, will the other process arises which may be more harmful of all parties. And unfortunately, the tradition of polygamy which is in force during the Islamic society is not based on Ayaah 4/3 but free indiscriminate polygamy is because a misunderstanding has led to a secular attitude in the woman even pave the way for the emancipation efforts. Or vice versa Ayaah 4/3 intentionally made false to satisfy lust for the playboy rich men, but they have dropped the Islamic values in the international world view.
And in terms of social harmony is Ayaah 4/3 contains a function that:
a. Orphans can be helped by making him a stepfather who will bear the expense and educating him or at least will lead as the head of the family in the household.
b. widow can be married by a rich man to help alleviate the economic hardship and distress. If this is not resolved, will comes poverty and destitution suffered perhaps even she rebelled to get her needs, there was fraud, prostitution, fighting over the love of gentle persuasion, social disorder, and other complex issues resolved.
c. Wife, who have a polygamous husband, if her husband did not heed it, then such an attitude means not obey the law of ALLAH, allowing chaos in the general social, selfish, ignores the widow with orphans suffer, and otherwise damage the harmony of her own household.
Of all the reasons and circumstances on this can be seen that polygamy in Islam is a social element, not only based on the man advantage, or just to help the widow with orphans, but also for the stability of community life in all areas.
A husband and his family had to mix properly, while in the act and said let the right implies. He must educate the children to obey the law of ALLAH revealed, planning for the future for their children including those who run the law of ALLAH as a human useful in society to live in a world of luck now and in the Hereafter later. 4/4. And give her spending money continuously. If they

وَلاَ تُؤْتُواْ السُّفَهَاء أَمْوَالَكُمُ الَّتِي
جَعَلَ اللّهُ لَكُمْ قِيَاماً وَارْزُقُوهُمْ فِيهَا وَاكْسُوهُمْ وَقُولُواْ لَهُمْ قَوْلاً مَّعْرُوفاً
4/5. Do not give your treasure fools who ALLAH made you to stand.
Give them at it and give their clothes and say
to them the word of kindness.
وَٱبۡتَلُواْ ٱلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا
بَلَغُواْ ٱلنِّكَاحَ فَإِنۡ ءَانَسۡتُم مِّنۡہُمۡ رُشۡدً۬ا
فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ إِلَيۡہِمۡ أَمۡوَٲلَهُمۡ*ۖ وَلَا تَأۡكُلُوهَآ إِسۡرَافً۬ا وَبِدَارًا
أَن يَكۡبَرُواْ*ۚ وَمَن كَانَ غَنِيًّ۬ا فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡ*ۖ وَمَن كَانَ فَقِيرً۬ا فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ*ۚ فَإِذَا دَفَعۡتُمۡ إِلَيۡہِمۡ أَمۡوَٲلَهُمۡ فَأَشۡہِدُواْ عَلَيۡہِمۡ*ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ حَسِيبً۬ا
4/6. And test the orphans until when they came to marriage. If you see
the awareness of them then give it to them their property, do not eat it as
wasteful and frivolous before they were big. Who is rich and who must
endure the privation may take a kindness. When you give them
their treasures then make a witness to them, and GOD
enough so the countdown.
وَإِنْ أَرَدتُّمُ اسْتِبْدَالَ زَوْجٍ مَّكَانَ زَوْجٍ
وَآتَيْتُمْ إِحْدَاهُنَّ قِنطَاراً فَلاَ تَأْخُذُواْ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً أَتَأْخُذُونَهُ بُهْتَاناً وَإِثْماً مُّبِينا
4/20. If you want to change a wife in place of the other wives while you
have given them a one, then do not take from it a well. Are you going
to pick it up with the confusion and the real sin?
وَلَن تَسۡتَطِيعُوٓاْ أَن تَعۡدِلُواْ
بَيۡنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ وَلَوۡ حَرَصۡتُمۡ*ۖ فَلَا تَمِيلُواْ ڪُلَّ ٱلۡمَيۡلِ
فَتَذَرُوهَا كَٱلۡمُعَلَّقَةِ*ۚ وَإِن تُصۡلِحُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورً۬ا رَّحِيمً۬ا
4/129. you will not be able to be fair among the women (of polygamy), even if you expect,
so do not fall on every fall and then you let him like a leech. If you realize the pious and
compassionate merciful ALLAH.
ALLAH of the provisions of Ayaah 4/3 and 4/129 can be concluded that the imprimatur polygamy for men can only marry a widow with orphans who overlooked her care and assistance as family members. The husband could not really do justice among his wife of more than one, especially in the inner relationship, therefore polygamy is obvious imprimatur for men not to marry several women who preferred because beautiful and a virgin.
Ayaah 4/129 warned against men is not affected by the beauty of women and married her to be second or third wife, because that way will cause the first wife abandoned.
Yet it is capable of polygamy for a favorable public piety, and not so harmful first wife in the inner and outer relationships. About this that she expected to grit one’s teeth and little social interest succumb to economic and environmental stability of the society in which she also partially responsible.
Keep in mind that polygamy is only ordered for a rich man to marry a widow with orphans. People think that the law 4/3 only in the form of permission is not a obligation, even though Scripture clearly states the order for the safety of the orphans, the widowed mother, and the surrounding community. But Islam never permitted polygamy perfunctory, because polygamy this way is not helping people but instead exacerbate the situation with the number of widows, orphans, children who more and more.
For example, a healthy man permitted to marry a rich woman’s heart at random according to the desires, then it this will create:
1. Pain among the women. Each wife will try with all the power to influence her husband’s heart to be more fond of him. Things that make false and hidden crime, or causing the woman to find another way outside the imprimatur of her husband, maybe even a big sin.
2. The existence of jealousy among the women. Each will make another wife as a rival to be defeated until the end of hostility and discord shape. This has led to losses on all parties and the chaos that difficult to resolve.
3. Polygamous man who will feel the wealth that is powerful, the arrogant attitude he comes with wealth. Such an attitude caused him to divorce his wife to marry again with another woman he loved. As a result the number of widowed women increases more with children who are not neglected, and public life become even unstable.
4. In fact, the number of childless widows, orphans, so many to so increase the public burden around. Remember that death is more easily applied to the men because they are always accompanied by the danger in the struggle for life.
5. The number of the more widows who do not get another husband, and the number of orphans was increasing, in which the commands contained in Ayaah 4/3 and 24/32 so more and more difficult to happen.
So the tradition of polygamy which is in fact valid for causing unrest in the various communities living in areas where the economy is falling down with a widow with more and more orphans.
So how to eliminate the fuss was simply carrying out the purpose Ayaah 4/3 are ordered to marry the rich widow with orphans, two, three or four. Now is Ayaah 4/3 is a drug society, protecting women’s right and fair, is not that demean a woman as long as this foreign religious alleged.
Consider the purpose of Scripture is also a means as follows:
وَيَسۡتَفۡتُونَكَ فِى ٱلنِّسَآءِ*ۖ
قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفۡتِيڪُمۡ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتۡلَىٰ
عَلَيۡڪُمۡ فِى ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ فِى يَتَـٰمَى ٱلنِّسَآءِ ٱلَّـٰتِى لَا
تُؤۡتُونَهُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرۡغَبُونَ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ وَٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ
مِنَ ٱلۡوِلۡدَٲنِ وَأَن تَقُومُواْ لِلۡيَتَـٰمَىٰ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ*ۚ وَمَا تَفۡعَلُواْ مِنۡ خَيۡرٍ۬ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمً۬ا
4/127. They ask you concerning women. Say: “GOD explain to you about them,
as well as the analyzed upon you in the Book concerning female who has orphans who
have given you what is required for them while you’re longing to marry her, as well as
the oppressed of the children. That ye may stand for orphaned children effectively.
Whatever you do out of the goodness of GOD to know. “
Ayaah 4/127 shows that there is the will of polygamy in the community, but do it with the intention of Ayaah 4/3 are married widow with orphans who have to be implemented effective manner, so let the will of polygamy was addressed to a beautiful woman according to the lust of result will increase the number of orphans are not neglected. Once again here stated that Ayaah 4/3 is not bad but the best way to perfection of human life.
So Ayaah 4/3 and 24/32 are not contain of permissibility long been regarded as one, for polygamy carelessly by which the men can take more than a passion for satisfying his wishes.
Ayaah 4/3 has been mistakenly taken by the translator, often used as another religion to demean the value of Islamic teachings regarding women’s degrees, and as proof, try to note the excerpt below:

4 An-Nisa ‘(women) Ayaah:
3. And if you fear will be unable to do justice to the (rights) that orphan girls (if you marry her), then marry women (others) that you like: two, three, or four. Then if you fear will not be fair, then (marry) only one, or the slaves which ye possess. That is closer to not do mayhem.
B. Commentary of the Quran by A. Hassan Juz to 150 pages 150 Juz 4 letter4 Letter An-Nisa ‘(women’s) Ayaah:
وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ فِي الْيَتَامَى فَانكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم مِّنَ النِّسَاء مَثْنَى
وَثُلاَثَ وَرُبَاعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ
3. And if you fear that you will not be able to be fair about (marriage you with) the orphans, then marry
a woman you like: two-two, three, three, and four-four, but if ye fear that ye will not be able to do justly (yet),
so (marry) a servant, or servants who owned you. That is, more nearly applies to you avoid the mayhem.
(494) … If you feel not fair as well, do not marry but
only one, or use female slaves who are in yours. Thus it
one way rather than keep you apply to self-torture yourselves.
Translation and interpretation in Section 4/3 at the top of this we find some errors are as follows:
1. It is said that people can not be fair if you marry an orphan, then he should marry another woman who loved as much as four people. Such opinions are contrary to the purpose of Ayaah 4/3 for the safety of children orphaned or to help alleviate the suffering widow with orphans. If the translation of the above was carried out, the orphan can not be helped, and their misery can not be reduced, even further increasing the number of orphans and widows only.
2. It is said that people should marry orphans, and orphans can not marry because it is still classified as children under age. If the children had grown up fatherless, so they are not called “orphans” but quite ordinary women generally. In this case the translation is also 4/3 is in fact wrong.
3. It is said that people should marry orphans, when they consist of men and women, while Ayaah 4/3 call to the term “yatama” means “orphans” without distinguishing male and female. The term is plural of “yatiim” Masculine gender. Because orphaned children are usually composed of men and women, then the translation is not appropriate, because the man could not marry a wife.
4. It is said that people should marry a slave, but in Islamic society there is no so-called slaves.
If people see the slaves should be freed and immediately made ordinary citizens. People should understand that the Section 4/3 is the legal function for the entire period, whereas in the early 15th century Hijri course, no one had the status of slaves in the land. In this case it was wrong interpreter of the term “aimaan.”
Now the question that must be answered and resolved by the legal experts:
a. this is the only law for polygamy in Islamic society is only Verse 4 / 3 that functioned until the end of time as the legal protection and assistance to widows, orphans, childless?
b. Is translation as in this quotation will be allowed to continue, and made insulting material on Islamic law?
c. Does not this translation of the slave states in the true Islamic society does not allow slavery?
d. Does not this translation may lead to ideas for some people to make the housekeeper as women who may be used without marriage?
Whereas Ayaah 4/3 contains an explanation of the life of widow with orphans. The woman should be married by a rich man as his high morals in society socioeconomic, thus preserved widow with orphans from the lack of necessities of life and adventure without a protector. This reduces the possibility of immoral and very dangerous.
It marries widow with orphans is very hard for young people, especially for those who regard marriage as the release will lust. But for a man who is more concerned with GOD and public safety, then marrying the widow as the first wife to bring happiness for himself and his household. This had been done by Muhammad during the age of 25 years, according to historical records, have been married 40-year-old widow as the first wife. Although at the time he was not a prophet, but has acted in accordance with the purpose of the Word of GOD that is contained in Ayaah 4/3 and 24/33.
Now it is clear that the command polygamy by marrying widows with orphans listed in Ayaah 4/3 is not addressed to any particular man, but a rich man to avoid arrogance and injustice prevailing in society. So about marriage among adolescents as generally described in Ayaah 24/33. Both the sacred verse, well that is once again cited for a material analysis and comparison:
وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ تُقْسِطُواْ
فِي الْيَتَامَى فَانكِحُواْ مَا طَابَ لَكُم
مِّنَ النِّسَاء مَثْنَى وَثُلاَثَ وَرُبَاعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ
تَعْدِلُواْ فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَلاَّ تَعُولُواْ
4/3. . If you are worried do not be effective on orphans
will marry youof women (who have orphans) two and three
and four. If you worry can not do justice then one thing or
the law you have(already married). So humbled
that you do not do cocky.
وَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا
يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّىٰ يُغۡنِيَہُمُ ٱللَّهُ
مِن فَضۡلِهِۦ*ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَبۡتَغُونَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتۡ
أَيۡمَـٰنُكُمۡ فَكَاتِبُوهُمۡ إِنۡ عَلِمۡتُمۡ فِيہِمۡ خَيۡرً۬ا*ۖ وَءَاتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ
ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِىٓ ءَاتَٮٰكُمۡ*ۚ وَلَا تُكۡرِهُواْ فَتَيَـٰتِكُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡبِغَآءِ إِنۡ أَرَدۡنَ تَحَصُّنً۬ا
لِّتَبۡتَغُواْ عَرَضَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا*ۚ وَمَن يُكۡرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ إِكۡرَٲهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ۬ رَّحِيمٌ۬
24/33. Be patient people who can not marry until help them with HIS gift.
And those who seek provision (married) owned by your law then ordain them if
you know there is good in them. And give them from the property ALLAH gave you.
Do not force young children to seek your (marriage) if they want to (a girl) because
you seek the pleasures of life of the world. Who forced ALLAH after
the imposition of the (marriage) is forgiving merciful.
But for so long time Ayaah 24/33 translated incorrectly due to wrong sense of the term AIMAAN they mean “slave” when it should be translated as “LAW” is presented in Section 4/3, 4/36, 5/89, 6/109 , 9/12, 16/71, 16/92, 16/94, 24/33, 35/42, 66/2, 68/39 and others, the legal provisions applicable in life, then the provisions of applicable law in Islam called “Ayman”, as well as applicable laws in the family because it is bound by marriage. Therefore, MAA MALAKAT AIMAANUKUM means “who is owned by your law” because it is bound by marriage. In this case, including in-law, brother in law, stepson, daughter, children, and grandchildren. So the family members who want to marry, should be assisted with the ease and wealth and the necessary expenses, in accordance with the needs and ability.
But do not force your daughter or your family who was a girl to marry, if She’s unwilling or still intend to live up to her in time. But if she is forced also by good reason, then the pardon of ALLAH’s coercion. In Section 24/33 can be seen the freedom to think or to have consideration for members of the family.
We had read some translations, one of them cited the following verse translation of the Reading 24/33 Majesty writings H. B. Jassin published by Djambatan Jakarta in 1978: Surah 24 Ayaah 33.
Let those who have no able Married, maintaining the sanctity of her, until ALLAH gave him
the terms of the gift. And they (the slaves) that your right hands possess, Who wants a written
agreement to enable them to obtain their freedom by paying a sum), give them such an agreement,
if there is any good in him. And give them some God-given treasure to you. And do you force
slave-girls into prostitution when they want, because you’re looking for worldly gain.
He who forced them, after such compulsion, Allah is indeed Forgiving,
Thus the more insulting translations of Islamic law by explaining the existence of slavery in society, even GOD forgive those states slave girl forced into prostitution. Though the action was so cursed. Not only forced into prostitution, and adultery even close to adultery with free sex alone is forbidden. Once again we find a big mistake, and many others, must be the task of Islamic jurists to resolve.
Meanwhile, due to misinterpretation as well as the often heard religious teachers explained that the efforts of pregnancy restrictions permissible under Islamic law, but ALLAH is hated and threatened with severe punishment, instead ordered the children much later became pious servants of future generations.
